For general enquiries with regards to our dress making fabrics or sewing accessories, the best way to contact our customer service team is by email and they will be more than happy to assist you. 

 You will need to send an email to quoting your order number and details about your query, and one of our designated team will respond back to you as soon as possible, during office opening times (please allow up to 48 hours during busy times).

Our website operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, although our customer service department is open between the hours of 07.30 and 17.00 Monday to Thursday, and 07.30 until 14.00 on Fridays. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays are not Classed as working days for our warehouse department.

Please note that our customer service department will be closed on the following dates during 2022:-

15th April - Good Friday

18th April - Easter Monday

2nd May - Early May Bank Holiday

2nd June - Spring Bank Holiday

3rd June - Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday
