For general enquiries with regards to our dress making fabrics or sewing accessories, the best way to contact our customer service team is by email firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be more than happy to assist you. We do also have an automated telephone line for ordering and general enquires only. To use this automated line please call 0044 115 944 0699 and leave a message with your name and telephone number and short message, and then one of our customer service team will call you back as soon as possible, during office opening times.
If you have a query or question relating to your order, please note that these cannot be dealt with over the phone. You will need to send an email to email@example.com quoting your order number and details about your query, and one of our designated team will respond back to you as soon as possible, during office opening times (please allow up to 48 hours during busy times).
Our website operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, although our customer service department is open between the hours of 07.30 and 17.00 Monday to Thursday, and 07.30 until 14.00 on Fridays. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays are not Classed as working days for our warehouse department.
